Associate in Fine Arts Degree
The associate in fine arts degree (AFA) is designed primarily for students who plan to transfer to another college or university to complete a bachelor of fine arts degree.
Depending on their interests, people pursue a fine arts degree because they like to work with images, productions, music and/or words, possibly performing in front of an audience or behind the scenes.
AFA degree seekers tend to use creativity in their careers, whether they are visual artists, dancers, designers, musicians, sculptors, actors, singers, writers, make-up artists, stage designers or more. The list is endless.
